肉松腊肠炒饭



炒这碗饭时, 才发觉蒜米和洋葱都没有了, 惨.. 剩下些腊肠, 鸡蛋和肉松. 唯有靠这些就开工了!

材料Ingredients:
白饭2大碗, 腊肠1条切薄片, 鸡蛋1颗打散备用, 肉松分量随个人喜好调味Seasoning:生抽3大匙, 素蚝油1茶匙, 鸡晶粉少许, 胡椒粉少许, 绍兴酒少许, 糖少许 [加入少许水拌均匀]
做法Methods:
烧热1大匙油和1大匙麻油
炒香腊肠片后加入白饭, 再加入调味快速翻炒
最后加入蛋液与饭炒均匀直收干
即可上碟洒上肉松




如果可以洒上少许炸葱酥或加入少许青葱段, 味道就锦上添花, 卖相也好很多!

可惜, 家里什么都用尽了, 真的要去进货先才行!
