腰豆杂蔬 Mix Vege with Cashew & Macademia Nuts


农历新年的到来, 大鱼大肉肯定在所难免! 
但为了健康着想, 纤维吸取还是不可少啦~~来一道腰豆杂蔬!! ^__^

材料
甜豆 20条
萝卜丝 1 大匙
芽菇 1 颗 [切薄片]
芦笋 5 支 [分段]
鲍片 5 片[切小片]
烤腰豆 1 大匙
烤夏威夷豆 1 大匙
蒜酥油 1 大匙

调味
鲍片酱汁 1 茶匙, 胡椒粉 少许, 清水 2 大匙

做法
1. 中火, 下蒜酥油, 先下甜豆, 萝卜丝, 芦笋, 芽菇炒片刻
2. 才下鲍片和调味, 炒匀后撒入腰豆和夏威夷豆, 拌匀即可上桌, 趁热享用!


Ingredients
20 pcs Sweet peas
1 tbsp shredded carrot
1 NgaGu [thinly sliced]
5 Asparagus [sectioned]
1 tbsp Baked Cashew Nut
1 tbsp Baked Macademia Nut
5 pcs sliced jade abalone
1 tbsp fried garlic oil

Seasoning
1 tsp abalone sauce, pinch of pepper, 2 tbsp water

Method
1. Heat up the fried garlic oil, stir fry the sweet peas, shredded carrot, asparagus and Ngaku
2. Add in sliced jade abalone and seasoning, keep stir fry with medium heat
3. Sprinkle in the cashew nuts and macademia nuts,  mix well and serve HOT!!
