五福临门。回味新年的拼盘




回味一下农历新年当天的拼盘! 做法也都在之前的帖子附上了!! ^__^

第一样, 粉丝蟹肉盖蛋
金黄金黄, 好好意头!!







第三样: 三色春卷




第四样: 蒜苗芽菇蒸腊肠

材料Ingredients
蒜苗 2 颗 [切薄片]
腊肠 2 条 [切片]
芽菇 2 颗 [去皮切薄片]

做法Methods
1. 先在盘底摆上芽菇片, 再摆上蒜苗和腊肠, 蒸熟
2. 淋上少许麻油和酱油即可!




第五样: 腰果夏果炒杂蔬

    我今天来你这爬格子,竟然意外地看到这个贴!真巧,这个星期日我也打算煮几样,其中就是粉丝蟹肉盖蛋,和腌肉卷金针菇,现在我又多了选择了.TQ!
