蝴蝶结虾仁步骤图How to make Butterfly Cut




I love to make this cut during shrimp dishes especially home serving for my friends
Just as simple cut as these and it makes your dishes ~~ ALIVE!
 No matter it's Grilled or Steamed, the shrimp remain stood still
Indeed, Xtra points given to the appearance before tasting!! ^_^




U may like to cook as this.....
Added a small pinch of salt, pan grill it, top with sauce, and it's freshly DONE!
As well, simple topping sauce is prepared using 
1 tsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp of Lea & Perrin sauce & 1/4 tsp of sugar
