鸡扒水豆腐拌饭



相信大家对"shih lin"都不陌生了吧, 它的蚵仔麵線是众所周知的了,它的开心便当, 你试过了吗??
^^开心便当=鸡扒饭+水豆腐+皮蛋酱料
以下的开心便当, 是我乱创一番的, 哈哈............味道, 还好不错嘞! 至少, 色, 香, 味还到佳啦....

材料Ingredients:
全鸡腿..................1 块                                            
水豆腐..............半盒 (切块)                            
皮蛋..................1 颗   (切丁)                            
葱段..................少许 (切丁)                            
木薯粉..............3 大匙                                      
鸡蛋..................1 颗                                          

鸡扒腌制Chicken Marinate:
胡椒粉...........少许                                               
蚝油...............1 小匙                                          
盐...................适量                                             
粟粉...............1 小匙                                          
**腌制大概20分钟即可**

皮蛋酱料Sauce:
生抽..............3 大匙                                           
急汁..............1 茶匙                                                                                    
雨露..............1 茶匙                                           
柠檬汁..........1 茶匙                                           
糖..................2 茶匙                                           
**加入3大匙水煮滚, 勾芡后上桌备用**

做法Methods:
1.打散鸡蛋, 鸡扒沾上蛋汁后均匀地沾上木薯粉.
2.烧热油, 炸至两面金黄即可.

鸡扒切块, 和水豆腐一起摆设上碟, 把皮蛋丁和葱段粒洒在豆腐上, 淋上酱料, 再配搭一碗热腾腾的白饭, 绝对胃口大开咯!

P/S: 1.鸡扒一定要趁热吃 , 配搭泰国辣椒酱味道会更好!
       2.水豆腐最好先搁于冷藏, 一冷一热的效果更佳!
