咸蛋黄蒸肉饼 Steam Minced Pork with Salted Yolk




材料Ingredients
猪绞肉 350g
生抽 4大匙
老抽 1大匙
姜汁 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少许
水 3大匙
糖 1/4茶匙
米酒 1大匙
鸭蛋黄 2颗 [切半]

做法Method
1. 全部材料除了鸭蛋黄, 用筷子拌匀直稍微起胶
2. 铺入蒸盘, 摆上鸭蛋黄, 蒸锅大火烧滚, 慢火蒸15分钟
3. 淋上少许葱酥油即可享用!
