材料Ingredients:
Kampung鸡胸肉, 切小片[用1大匙绍兴酒, 少许胡椒粉, 1/4茶匙糖和1茶匙生抽腌制15分钟],
当归2片剁碎, 枸杞1大匙, 姜丝2大匙, 麻油3大匙
调味Seasonings:
生抽1茶匙, 水半杯, 绍兴酒2大匙, 红糟酒1茶匙, 盐1/8茶匙, 糖少许
做法Methods:
烧热麻油, 把姜丝炒香直金黄, 加入鸡肉片翻炒片刻
拌入调味料, 再同时放入当归碎和枸杞
焖煮直当归出味即可享用
不擅长接受酒味的做月子朋友, 这道会是不错的一餐, 毕竟绍兴酒只供香味.
闻香而来,这两道都是我最爱的‘月子餐’。
