酸甜黑胡椒"鱼蛋"



又是一道简单好吃的小食, 酱料正是它的主角...
ahtee选用的是MyFM阿莲推荐的"香菇牌"鱼圆, 确实够弹! ^0^
小孩肯定喜欢!
酱料包括:
番茄酱, 辣椒酱, Lea & Perrins 急汁, 糖, 黑胡椒, 清水, 芫茜, 洋葱丝
做法:
鱼圆油炸后备用
炒香洋葱丝, 加入其余酱料待滚
用太白粉勾芡后放入鱼圆炒均匀即可
