滋润六味糖水




传统的六味糖水是怎样的呢?? 我还是不懂~
因为每个籍贯都有不同的煮法, 味道跟“四果汤”有点相似..
但无所谓, 只要到药材铺, 六味药材已分配包装好..
里头有莲子, 百合片, 龙眼干, 玉竹, 芡实, 淮山


这简单又省时的糖水, 最适合最近的天气, 时冷时热..
为了让这糖水更润肺, ahtee私自加入了一颗小的罗汉果和冬瓜糖..
当然, 还需要适量冰糖来调味..
味道还不错!!

    If the well-packed ingredients are difficult to get, u may try to buy it separately as my above description..all 6 items and divide it to 15% each the taste should be fine..but after trying, u might adjust the volume according to ur flavour..Btw, Thx again for the linkage! Happy cooking!!
