鲍贝杂蔬
喜欢这道菜肴的颜色!
杂蔬材料:
西兰花1/3颗, 鲍鱼菇5朵, 幼玉米条4条切半, 鲍贝6颗切半, 姜2cm[切薄片], 蒜3瓣切片
调味:
斋蚝油3大匙, 盐适量, 清水100ml, 粟粉1/2茶匙[加2大匙水勾芡备用]
做法:
烧热2大匙油, 爆香蒜片和姜片, 再加入其余材料翻炒片刻
加入调味料和清水, 粟粉芡除外
待滚后分两次撒入芡料勾芡
小贴示
: 勾芡是让料理更亮丽, 酱汁也会锁住在蔬菜上, 吃时更滋味
也可以在料理滚的时候随意加入几滴的绍兴酒, 提一提味!
