每一种菇类都有自己独有的香气, 如果您把好几样菇类一起烹调,
那组合味道不但不奇怪, 而且还会令人垂涎噢!
这道5分钟菜肴, ahtee只用了两种菇, 那就是鲍鱼菇和香菇ShiitakeMushroom
仍然是香味扑鼻, 快速又好吃!
所谓的香菇, 不是烘干型的, 而是超市场冷藏库的新鲜生香菇
所以可别买错, 否则就得花个15~20来浸软咯..
材料Ingredients
新鲜香菇 10 朵 [切薄片]
鲍鱼菇 5 朵 [切半]
蒜 3 瓣 [剁碎]
姜 2 cm [切丝]
10 pcs Shiitake Mushrooms [thinly sliced]
5 pcs abalone mushroom [half divided]
3 glove of garlic [chopped]
2cm of ginger [shredded]
调味Seasoning
斋蚝油 2 大匙
清水 50ml
料理酒/绍兴酒 1 大匙
勾芡粉水 1 大匙
2 tbsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
50ml of water
1 tbsp of cooking wine/shaoxin wine
1 tbsp thickening flour water
做法Method
1. 烧热1大匙油, 炒香姜丝和蒜末, 下菇和清水, 待滚
2. 加入斋蚝油和料理酒, 试味, 必要时加少许的盐
3. 勾芡, 上桌, 趁热享用!
1.Heat up 1 tbsp of oil, saute the garlic & ginger till fragrant
2. Add in mushrooms & water, wait till it boils
3. Add in oyster sauce and cooking wine, test it, add in small pinch of salt if necessary
4. Thicken it, Serve Hot!

usually i like to blanch fresh mushroom in hot water before cook it, dislike the raw smell..
