老妈下厨记, 福州湿炒面, 古早味满满噢~~
看看那乳白色的汤头, 相信我不用多说您也能想象它的美味吧, 呵呵..
材料
蛤蜊 20只 [洗净, 泡盐水吐沙, 就短短10分钟即可]
虾仁 10-15只
菜心 适量
黄面 2 人份
蒜末 1 大匙
猪油 2 大匙
江鱼仔汤头 650ml
调味
黑酱油 1/3茶匙 [调色]
盐 少许 [试味]
鸡粉 1/2茶匙
做法
1. 猪油炒香蒜末, 加入虾仁翻炒片刻, 下黄面继续翻炒1分钟
[别急着加水, 老妈说, 黄面炒多几下才够香气!]
2. 加入江鱼仔汤头, 蛤蜊和调味料, 试味待滚, 下菜心稍滚即可!

wa~~这面好久好久没吃了咯.以前我阿婆有在他每个礼拜就会煮一次给我们吃.现在阿婆不在要吃都没有.
