甜酸腌肉卷明虾 Wrapped Bacon Shrimp with Sweet & Sour Sauce




 明虾, 华人传统餐单里不可缺的一道佳肴, 煎炸爆炒都一样受欢迎!
说到明虾, 我老婆只是斋看而已就已开始抓狂, 真的是超级粉丝一个...
她这只“大头虾”, 鲜甜的虾头肯定非她莫属, 真担心她的胆固醇升旗,
唉...老实讲, 我也大受影响, 虾头来, 我不拒, 也好, 可以分担一下老婆的负担!
呵呵呵....这不知道是好是坏咧...??!!



材料Ingredients
明虾 10 只 [去上衣, 留虾头, 用少许黑胡椒和盐事先腌制10分钟]
腌肉Bacon 5 片 [对半切, 10片]
1茶匙蜀粉 + 1 大匙 [用来裹腌肉时的沾粉水]

甜酸酱汁
急汁LP Worchestershire Sauce 4 大匙
番茄酱 1 大匙
黑胡椒 1/2 茶匙
糖 1/2 大匙
清水 2 大匙

做法Methods
1.腌肉裹上明虾,接口涂上少许蜀粉水, 接口向下, 少许橄榄油, 慢火煎直两面熟透即可
2. 酱汁拌匀, 下锅煮直滚待浓, 淋上腌肉虾即可趁热享用!

**建议在酱汁里加入少许芫茜碎, 提升香气!**
