[English Ver] 芽菜鸡饭 aka Nga Choy Gai

**随着FB朋友的要求, ahtee准备了英文版的芽菜鸡食谱**
~初次尝试, 多多包涵~


Chicken Ingredients
1 whole chicken [I chose chicken kampung for better tenderness]
6 spring onion
6 pieces ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame oil OR 1 tbsp garlic oil

Methods
1. Heat 1 big pot of water, volume should be enough prepared to cover the whole chicken
2. Stuff the spring onion & ginger into the chicken, seal it tight
3. Apply the salt on the chicken evenly, let in marinate about 20 mins
4. Turn the boiled water to low heat, cook the chicken for 20~25 mins [Subject to the size]
5. Rinse the chicken under cold water, hook up & let it air-dried
6. Coat the chicken with sesame oil, chop in pieces & it's READY!



How to make Chicken Sauce?
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
5 tbsp hot water
1/2 tsp of sugar
1tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp garlic oil

**Mix all & stir well, it's READY!!**



Bean Sprouts aka Nga Choy
1. Boil the bean sprouts for at least 20 seconds
2. Add in 2 tbsp of chicken sauce, 1 tsp of vegetarian oyster sauce, 1 tsp of garlic oil, pinch of pepper, mix well and it's READY!



How to make chicken rice?

 Ingredients 1
1 lemongrass
1 shallot
3 cloves garlic
3cm ginger [cut to pieces]
2 tbsp cooking oil

Ingredients 2
2 cups of rice
1 tbsp of butter
1 tsp chicken powder
1 pinch of salt
6 pandan leaves
**water as usual rice cooker's measurement**

Methods
1. Blend the Ingredients 1, saute with medium heat till fragrant
2. Add into Ingredients 2 in rice cooker, mix well, cook and it's READY!



How to make dipping sauce?

Dipping sauce 1
4 Red chilies
5 cloves of garlics
2 cm ginger
2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of Ajinomoto

**Mixed all the ingredients, blend well & it's READY!!**

Dipping sauce 2
2 spring onion 
3 cm ginger
1 pinch of Ajinomoto
1/4 tsp of salt
3 tbsp of cooking oil

Methods
1. Finely chop the spring onion & ginger, mix it well with salt & ajinomoto
2. Heat the cooking, pour into the mixture while it is SUPER HOT, stir and it's READY!
