木瓜雪耳甜汤




材料Ingredients
木瓜一颗(小,切丁)
南杏北杏 半小碗
雪耳 5大朵 (泡水,切小块)
红枣 8 颗 (切半)
香兰叶 6 叶
蜂蜜冰糖 4 块
清水 1.5 公升

做法Method

清水加入冰糖和香兰叶煮滚,加入其余材料小火慢煮20分钟即可
