奶油黑胡椒薯泥




一道自己超喜欢的小食, 但耽误好了久好久才动手准备, 也是第一次尝试, 大家多多指教咯....
材料Ingredients:
马铃薯6颗, 全脂牛奶100ml, 牛油1大匙, whipping cream 2大匙

调味Seasoning:
盐少许, 黑胡椒少许或依个人喜好, 鸡精粉少许

马铃薯去皮蒸熟, 压烂备用

以小火烧热牛油, 加入全脂牛奶后放入马铃薯泥继续搅拌以免粘底, 最后加入whipping cream和调味料, 略煮片刻即可
P/S: 1.必须一直以小火以免烧焦
       2.必须不停地搅拌以免粘底
