妈蜜鸡



材料Ingredients:
全鸡腿1只, 去骨~切片, 洋葱半颗~ 切片
调味Seasoning:
妈蜜酱2茶匙, 麦芽糖1茶匙, 盐少许, 蚝油1/2茶匙, 急汁1/2茶匙, 黑酱油少许,
清水半小杯, 蜀粉1/2茶匙
腌料Marinate:
鸡蛋1/2颗, 麻油少许, 蚝油1茶匙, 生抽1茶匙, 糖1/2茶匙, 胡椒粉适量


做法Methods:
鸡腿肉加入腌料腌个半小时或以上, 沾上木薯粉油炸直金黄备用
除了蜀粉, 把所有的调味料用清水拌均匀
烧热1大匙油, 爆香洋葱片后加入以上调味料
蜀粉以少许水勾芡后加入, 炒直变浓

放入鸡肉块快速翻炒就可上碟

  6. Karen, 急汁在英文是Worcestershire Sauce, 在各大超市找得到, 是Lea & Perrin牌子! 我家也称它"鬼佬醋"~

    急汁是让妈蜜酱汁带点微微的酸, 好让甜咸味更突出!
