岳母常煮的一道家常菜, 每次到她家用餐, 都得赞一赞她这道佳肴!
尤其是那乳白色的酱汁, 经过鱿鱼翻炒和焖煮过后的精华, 配搭芹菜特别的鲜甜!
自己加入了泡软的木耳丝, 添加口感也给予色彩感..
很奇怪的是, 我总觉得少了点肉鲜味, 想必是少了猪肉丝或少许的猪油渣提味~
所以, 我会在以下食谱里加入适量的猪肉丝, 虽然....以上照片里看不见...呵呵..
材料Ingredients
鱿鱼 100g [切片]
芹菜 2 支 [斜刀切片]
黑木耳 2 大片 [泡软, 切丝]
猪肉丝 50g
蒜末 1/2大匙
姜片 6 片
勾芡水 少许
调味Seasoning
蚝油 2大匙
生抽 1 大匙
清水 200ml
胡椒粉 少许
做法Method
1. 爆香姜片和蒜末, 下鱿鱼和猪肉丝翻炒数十秒, 下芹菜和木耳继续翻炒片刻
2. 下调味料, 待滚, 上盖焖煮1分钟, 试味勾芡, 即可上桌, 趁热享用!!
小贴士
记得开始得用大火翻炒, 锅气足够才能提香!
