蚝干萝卜粥





























又是晚餐时间, 来点清淡的吧! 因为, 天气已开始转热了. 接着, 新年也会跟着热起来咯!! 说真的, 时间实在是好快噢....
说回这一碗粥, 是临时临急用鸡骨汤熬出来的, 材料不多, 只加入了蚝干,萝卜丁, 少许的鸡精粉和 盐. 搭配一小碟的酱油皮蛋作为拌菜, 味道还真不赖!


做法Methods:
鸡骨可以加点姜块, 至少熬个20分钟以上才会比较入味, 把鸡骨和姜片捞起后加入米, 蚝干(切丁), 萝卜丁和调味料, 待滚时要继续搅拌以免粘底.
