有幸出席在Hotel Istana, Urban Restaurant的红酒配对品尝!
美食配红酒, ahtee期待已久, 所以我得用心品尝, 小心品尝, 免得错失味蕾享受!
而今晚的葡萄酒则来自澳洲历史悠久Thomas K.Hardy的家传酿造好酒!
晚餐开始前, 当然少不了Mr Thomas K.Hardy的红酒介绍, 仔细的红酒历史故事, 家传葡萄酒的制作过程, 和好酒的品尝过程, 大家都洗耳恭听, 真的大开耳界!
先来个开胃小面包, 口感外酥香内松软, 好担心没开餐会停不了口而吃得太饱!

*Egg custard with lobster, sea urchin, miso scented with spicy togarashi pepper emulsion
*Goose liver creme-brulee, apple chip and spice bread
*Profiteroles with wild smokey salmon mousse
开胃菜, 里头有海胆, 鹅肝, 和三文鱼, 高级式的享受,
那多层次的鲜味让我口齿留香!!

"Kumamoto" oyster panna - cotta, black grain - pearl with capers berry, pineapple cappaccio, aloe vera jelly, lime virgin rape seed oil dressing, petit salad & Chinese lychee infused Japanese horseradish sorbet
精致得像一幅画的第一道, 使用了Kumamoto生蚝来弄成的意式奶冻,
里头点缀了鱼子酱, 许多果类的点水式搭配, 光看卖相ahtee都差点不舍得吃, 呵呵~

Baked Labeyrie foie gras [feuilette] with truffle duxelles, mizuna lettuce, morel mushroom garlic roth & rich port jus
美味指数绝对无法形容, 鹅肝, 松露, 菌菇, 特制酱汁, 这配合真的天衣无缝!
继续看看里头的鹅肝, 这就是所谓的眼睛受罪, 看到吃不到, 唉..
连我自己都极度怀念这一道!

百般味觉享受的一道, 红酒的香气完全融入了鹿肉片里, 少许的可可碎, 是我意想不到的配搭, 好不特别!!

The menu here looks so interesting. I can't believe I'm still yet to get around there to give it a whirl.

ReplyDelete好精致的一餐,我最喜欢这样吃东西了。。。以前会期待食物份量,但现在我要求品质了,贵精不贵多啊,好的东西,一口就够了。。。不饱的话,回家再煮快熟面,哈哈~
